Project Details
The project comprises three major NHC developments in Arar, Turaif, and Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The Arar and Turaifhousing projects cover approximately 900,000sq. mand 400,000sq. m, respectively, while Al Kharj includes 22 building and utility sites, including water tanks and HVAC stations. The scope included final IFC structural, electrical, and mechanical designs for all development sites.
