Project Details
The King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve spans the Riyadh and Eastern Regions, covering about 28,345 km², with its southern boundary located 70 km north of Riyadh. In line with its vision to preserve natural ecosystems and biodiversity, the Reserve Development Authority proposes establishing a semi-natural migratory bird site in Rawdat Al Tanhatand rehabilitating Rawdat Al Khafsoasis to protect wildlife and provide a safe resting area for migratory birds.
