Project Details
Al Najaf International Airport, located east of Najaf, Iraq, was upgraded from a former military airbase to enhance civil aviation services. The project included the construction of the 3,000 m × 45 m asphalt runway 09–27, pavement and visual aids, along with airfield lighting, electrical, telecom, ELV, NAVAIDS, and MET systems to improve airport capacity, safety, and operations.
