The Connector railway extends from NEOM’s southern boundary at NIC 00+000 to The Spine at NIC 85+000. The scope covers tender design from NIC 20+000 to NIC 77+200, including 7 road bridges, 15 railway bridges, 165 culverts, and cost estimation.
