Project Details
This intersection was characterized with significant delay times as well as long vehicle queues during peak hours, and it was decided that it would be converted into a RI/RO intersection in addition to utilizing the existing U-turns as well as proposing additional ones east and west of the intersection. Such U-turns would primarily serve left turning traffic, all the while providing satisfactory weaving conditions.
